About the Role

We’re hiring a Staff Data Engineer to serve as the single‑threaded owner of our data platform and the architect of our company‑wide data vision. You will define the strategy for how we collect, govern, and activate data at scale. Your mandate is to design, build, and operate a next‑generation lake‑house that turns raw events into trusted insights, raising the bar for every feature launch and business decision. This role is for builders who want end‑to‑end accountability and the mandate to invent and simplify the way our company uses data.

This is a US-based, fully remote role, reporting to the SVP of Product and Engineering.

The base salary range is $174,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. This salary band encompasses both the Senior Engineer II and the Staff levels, and within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related experience.
