We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead and deliver enterprise integration solutions across a hybrid data ecosystem. This role will serve as a technical SME for Informatica PowerCenter and SQL-based integrations and will also drive modernization
efforts including migration from Informatica PowerCenter to Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks. You will collaborate closely with integration architecture and application teams to design, build, deploy, and support scalable, reliable batch and data integration pipelines across Azure and on-prem systems.
• Act as SME for Informatica PowerCenter and SQL‑based integrations
• Analyze business requirements, perform impact analysis, and provide accurate effort estimates
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation of integration solutions
• Collaborate with Integration Architects on hybrid integration designs and data models
• Build and support integrations with systems such as Salesforce, Oracle BigMachines, Azure, Docusign , SQL Server, MuleSoft and Internal/external APIs
• Drive CI/CD using tools like Bamboo, Bitbucket, and GitHub
• Monitor, tune, and optimize batch integration performance
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root‑cause analysis
• Mentor team members and promote integration best practices
• Lead technology migration initiatives, especially Informatica PowerCenter to Azure ADF and Databricks
• Own technical planning, estimation, and delivery while managing risks and dependencies
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in integration and data engineering
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter
• Advanced SQL / PL‑SQL skills
• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks
• Familiarity with Azure ecosystem and enterprise batch integrations
• Experience with DevOps / CI‑CD for data and integration platforms
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
