Identify expanding business development opportunities Executes growth objectives as set by the Company with attention given to budgets, profitability, promotional spend rates, and profit goals. Compliance with Barcel USA policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by their supervisor Qualifications What Is Expected of Me Knowledge of Convenience in a CPG environment (7-10 years) Career trajectory of delivering results above industry average, and increasing responsibility Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Superior communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to influence and persuade.
