Key Responsibilities:

- Analytics and Optimization: Regularly analyze performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to boost visibility and engagement.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner and fostering a vibrant community.
- Influencer Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers to amplify our brand's reach.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices, incorporating cutting-edge techniques into our campaigns to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital space.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- At least 1.5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Proficiency in content management, with a portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Deep knowledge of online marketing channels and best practices
- Demonstrated experience with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, and Pinterest
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field is an advantage
- Previous experience as a copywriter or content manager
