Social Media & Communications Coordinator – Emerge Event Collective
Emerge Event Collective is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented professional to manage our social media presence and email communications while supporting our growing community of luxury wedding and event professionals.
This role will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, scheduling posts, managing email campaigns, and responding to general inquiries through our main email account. The right candidate will understand how to communicate in a warm, polished, and relationship-driven voice that reflects the hospitality and elevated experience our community is known for.
This position will also support internal organization by checking in weekly with members of our leadership team to ensure tasks and initiatives are moving forward smoothly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple communication channels while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating, scheduling, and publishing social media content across platforms
• Managing and sending email campaigns and community communications
• Monitoring and responding to general inquiries through our main email inbox
• Engaging with our online community in a thoughtful and professional way
• Maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects the Emerge experience
• Coordinating weekly check-ins with leadership team members to ensure tasks and projects remain on track
Qualifications:
• Experience managing social media accounts and email marketing campaigns
• Excellent written communication skills and fluent English
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with social media scheduling tools and email platforms preferred
• Familiarity with the wedding, events, or hospitality industry is a plus
