Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor blithequark's social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Create engaging and relevant content to promote blithequark's products and brand, driving customer engagement and brand awareness.
- Analyze social media metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future content and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring blithequark remains at the forefront of social media innovation.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management and customer service, with a track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a strong problem-solving skillset and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits
