Job Description:
We are looking for a high-level Zoho CRM expert with 10+ years of hands-on Zoho experience and all major Zoho certifications (CRM, Deluge, Creator, Flow, Campaigns, Desk, Books/Finance, etc.).
Our company runs the majority of its operations inside Zoho CRM. Most of our system is already set up, but we now need advanced customization, optimization, and programming to take things to the next level. We briefly moved a few components to HubSpot and are now moving them back — so we need someone who can fix mappings, clean up logic gaps, and reestablish best practices.
This job will begin with a trial phase of several tasks. If the work is high quality, this will develop into ongoing weekly or monthly support.
Immediate Needs & Example Tasks:
CRM Customization & Programming
Customizing Zoho CRM fields, forms, and modules
Adding complex formulas in Zoho Forms and CRM
Creating advanced validation rules, conditional logic, and lookup relationships
Building or refining complex workflows, assignment rules, and blueprints
Advanced Deluge scripting for automation and cross-app actions
SMS & Live Chat Integration
Integrating Zoho CRM with an external SMS platform (e.g., Twilio, SMS-Magic, RingCentral, etc.)
Ensuring all SMS records sync cleanly to CRM leads/contacts
Setting up a Live Chat tool (Zoho SalesIQ preferred, but open to other platforms)
Creating routing rules, notifications, automated replies, and CRM record creation for chats
Data Flow & System Refinement
Cleaning up inconsistencies from the partial HubSpot migration
Fixing field mapping, lead routing, and workflow gaps
Ensuring clean sync between CRM, Forms, Campaigns, and external tools
Reviewing and enhancing dashboards, reporting, and KPIs
General consultation to ensure our Zoho environment is optimized and scalable
Qualifications (Required):
10+ years direct hands-on Zoho CRM experience
All major Zoho certifications (please list them in your proposal)
Expert-level skill in:
CRM
Deluge scripting
Advanced automation/workflows
Forms with formulas
Flow, Campaigns, Creator, Desk
Proven experience integrating CRM with SMS systems and live chat tools
Strong ability to audit, fix, and optimize existing CRM setups
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical decisions

Project Structure:
Phase 1: Trial tasks to validate skills and fit
