Job Description:
• Lead operational strategy, governance, and execution to support scalable growth and reliable delivery.
• Partner with the CTO to align technology delivery with business priorities and customer commitments.
• Define and manage performance metrics including ROI, delivery predictability, cost efficiency, and customer outcomes.
• Oversee post-sales execution to drive retention, value realization, and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate priorities across Sales, Operations, Finance, Technology, and Customer Success.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and data protection compliance.
• Own operational execution and commercial performance of strategic platform expansion initiatives (MSP + marketplace).
Requirements:
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience scaling technology-enabled businesses, ideally in regulated or complex environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across technology, operations, finance, and commercial functions.
• Healthcare technology, workforce management, SaaS, or platform business experience preferred.
