We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Lead to take full ownership of testing activities for a major CRM migration from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM. This role will drive end-to-end test planning, execution, triage, and continuous improvement across multiple business and technical workstreams.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep experience in complex test programs, and a background in Life Sciences or regulated environments.
Role Purpose
Own the delivery of the finalized test strategy and test plan for a multi-workstream CRM migration initiative. Ensure all testing cycles meet regulatory, quality, and business requirements for successful US market implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy Ownership & Execution
• Serve as the primary owner of the end-to-end test strategy and plan.
• Execute, monitor, and continuously refine the test plan as project needs evolve.
• Ensure all test phases meet defined entry/exit criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
Operational Leadership
• Coordinate business, application, interface, and IT testing activities across workstreams.
• Lead daily test execution and progress tracking.
• Facilitate defect triage and work closely with development teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage test logistics (access, environments, timing, resources).
Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities to optimize test processes and documentation.
• Enhance test case design, traceability, and defect management frameworks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
• Act as the main liaison between testing teams, project leadership, and business stakeholders.
• Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs proactively.
• Support go/no-go readiness assessments and phase-gate approvals.
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure all testing activities align with GxP and regulatory expectations.
• Partner with validation and quality teams to maintain audit-ready documentation.
Required Experience
• Proven experience owning and executing complex, multi-workstream test strategies.
• Experience leading test efforts for large enterprise CRM migrations (Veeva experience strongly preferred).
• Strong background in end-to-end, system integration, and cross-functional testing.
• Experience working in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences environments; familiar with GxP testing requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage test governance, drive improvements, and ensure high-quality delivery.
