As the Senior Principal People Partner for Finance, Legal & IT, you will serve as the strategic HR advisor for the senior leaders within the corporate functions. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives in collaboration with our Center of Expertise and local people partners. Your support will be pivotal for leaders and managers, fostering an environment where every individual can excel. By aligning our organizational and people strategies, you will play a crucial role in transformation projects, delivering high-impact HR services to your functional group.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $150,000 to $200,000 Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a long-term incentive plan and a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
