About the position The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager serves as a strategic partner and leader within the HR function, overseeing HR operations and driving initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, culture, and scalability. This role leads core HR services, manages M&A related HR activities, and partners with senior leaders to support a high‑performing, inclusive workforce. Candidates must be in the Denver metro area. Salary range for this hybrid position is $150,000 - $180,000 dependent upon experience. Candidates must be located in Colorado. Responsibilities • Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, effectiveness, and change management. • Lead and develop a high‑performing HR team, fostering growth, accountability, and operational excellence. • Oversee HR policies, systems, and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability. • Drive initiatives that reinforce company culture, engagement, and inclusion. • Manage HR metrics and analytics to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities. • Provide strategic support to HRBPs and business leaders on talent planning and workforce development. • Oversee HR support across international locations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural norms. • Support global mobility, cross‑border hiring, and international workforce planning. • Lead HR due diligence, including workforce analysis, risk identification, and data review. • Develop and execute HR integration plans, covering employee transitions, communication, culture alignment, and organizational design. • Serve as the primary HR contact throughout pre‑ and post‑close integration phases. • Manage large‑scale HR initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, clear timelines, and strong stakeholder engagement. • Oversee change management efforts for restructures, process improvements, and global HR system rollouts. • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance HR operations and employee experience. • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex employee relations issues and investigations. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, multistate, and international employment laws. • Guide policy interpretation and support development of HR best practices. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. • Hands‑on experience with HR aspects of M&A (due diligence, transitions, integration, change management). • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering cross‑functional HR initiatives. • Deep knowledge of employment law and compliance in multistate (and ideally global) environments. • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence senior leaders. • Candidates must be located in Colorado and willing to go into the office in the DTC. • Experience using HR analytics to drive decisions and strategy. Nice-to-haves • Experience overseeing HR operations or supporting international employee populations. • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR). • Background working in high‑growth, acquisitive, or global matrixed environments. • Experience supporting technical, engineering, or professional services teams. • Experience implementing global HR processes, systems, or technology enhancements.
