About the Role:
We're looking for a talented professional with:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Technical expertise, including proficiency in MS Office, Advanced Excel, and experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct

Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of financial records and reports
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other accounting documents
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, addressing their questions and concerns
- Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Accounting or business-related degree preferred
- 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience, with a proven track record of success
- Experience working with multiple clients and priorities
- Excellent computer and data skills, including MS Office and Advanced Excel
- Strong experience with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct
- Able to pass a drug screening and background check
- Enrolled Agent, CPA, or CPA candidate a plus
- Verifiable references
