Job Title: Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Sales Manager Experience: 5+ years of experience Job Mode: Remote & Full Time (Employees from Pakistan and Tampa Florida only) Must have working experience in USA Market, B2B environment and in Software Industry - SaaS Responsibilities: - Team Leadership: - Lead and inspire a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and AE to achieve individual and team sales targets. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to enhance the skills and performance of team members. Listen to the team calls on daily basis. - Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages professional development and goal attainment. - Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement inside sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. $100,000 a month ARR. - Collaborate with senior management to align inside sales goals with overall company objectives. - Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Recruitment and Onboarding: - Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new SDRs and AEs. Build a team of 4 SDR and one AE - Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions. - Collaborate with HR to streamline the onboarding process for new team members. - Performance Management: - Set clear performance expectations and goals for the inside sales team. - Regularly assess individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed. - Implement and manage performance metrics to track progress and ensure accountability. - Training and Development: - Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the inside sales team. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the team's effectiveness. - Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: - Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and coordination of efforts. - Provide valuable insights from the inside sales team to improve overall business strategy. - Technology Utilization: - Oversee the effective use of sales technologies, CRM systems, and other tools to optimize sales processes and workflows. - Stay updated on the latest sales technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. - Customer Relationship Management: - Foster strong relationships with key accounts and collaborate with the customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
