Position Summary We are seeking a high-impact Sales Director to serve as a "founding operator" responsible for spearheading the commercial growth of Nsure. In this role, you will navigate the complex intersection of healthcare operations and financial technology to define our go-to-market strategy and win the first enterprise health system contracts. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a "Solution Seller" rather than a traditional account manager. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle for a sophisticated SaaS product, architecting the sales playbook and building the foundational revenue team from the ground up. This is a role for a builder who can communicate technical automation concepts to non-technical executive stakeholders and establish Nsure as a market leader. AI Fluency Requirement — Non-Negotiable Nsure is an AI-first organization. Every member of our leadership and operations team is expected to actively use AI tools in their day-to-day work—not as a novelty, but as a core productivity multiplier. This role requires genuine curiosity about AI, comfort experimenting with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and workflow automation platforms, and the judgment to know when AI helps and when it doesn't. If AI makes you uncomfortable, this is not the right role. Key Responsibilities - Enterprise Sales & Revenue Generation: Own the sales cycle for Nsure’s platform, targeting mid-market to enterprise-level physician groups, health systems, and billing aggregators to drive net-new acquisition. - Strategic GTM & Playbook Development: Architect the Nsure sales playbook, defining our unique value proposition against legacy clearinghouses and optimizing the sales tech stack (CRM, intent data, and outreach automation). - Market Positioning & Solution Consulting: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Revenue Intelligence, educating prospective clients on how automation solves "front-end" leakage while providing "voice-of-market" feedback to Product teams. - Embedded Revenue Partnerships: Identify and close partnerships where Nsure’s intelligence layer is integrated directly into existing RCM and EHR ecosystems. - Leadership & Scaling: Build the foundational revenue team by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring future SDRs and Account Executives while setting clear performance benchmarks. The Impact You’ll Make - Commercial Growth: You will lead high-stakes negotiations and technical "deep dives" to secure the contracts that define Nsure's early market success. - Operational Excellence: You will establish a repeatable outbound prospecting engine and data-driven reporting (CAC, LTV, Pipeline Velocity) to drive predictable scaling. - Industry Authority: You will represent Nsure at key industry events (HFMA, MGMA, HIMSS) to build brand authority and a high-level referral network. Qualifications Required: - 7–10 years of experience in Enterprise HealthTech or FinTech sales, specifically selling to healthcare providers or RCM entities. - SaaS Sales Excellence: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in a recurring revenue environment. - RCM Expertise: Deep understanding of the "Front-End" Revenue Cycle, including Eligibility, Insurance Discovery, and Patient Demographics. - Builder Mentality: Direct experience establishing a sales function at an early-stage or high-growth startup. - AI Fluency: Demonstrated active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance professional productivity. Preferred: - Relevant Industry Background: Direct experience selling "Revenue Integrity" or "Clearinghouse" solutions (e.g., Waystar, Availity, FinThrive). - Executive Network: Existing relationships with CFOs or VP of Revenue Cycle roles at large health systems. - Technical Savvy: Familiarity with API-based product integrations and embedded software models. - Venture Experience: Prior experience in a PE-backed or high-growth venture environment. Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base pay: $120,000 – $140,000 annually. - Additional Compensation: - Bonus Eligible: High-upside, performance-based commission structure.
