Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote | High Commission
RoofIgnite is a fast-growing performance marketing agency currently at $150K MRR, and our goal is to scale to $1M/month in 2026. We currently help 50 roofing & HVAC companies doing $2.5M+/yr add 7-figures per year in revenue through Meta ads + done-for-you appointment setting.
Who This Role Is For
We're looking for a sharp, hungry, and internally accountable Sales Development
Representative (SDR) to join our team.
If you're a natural on the phone, someone who thrives on hitting targets, and you're driven to make a significant impact, this role is for YOU.
This isn't just another "sales job." This is a role for an A-player who can take ownership of their pipeline, drive exceptional results, and help us scale to $1M/month.

What You'll Be Doing
• Inbound Prospecting: Making 80+ dials per month to "lukewarm" leads (Every lead is inbound and comes through META Ads)
• Lead Qualification: Having meaningful conversations to determine if a prospect is a good fit for our services.
• Appointment Setting: Booking 60+ qualified appointments per month for our sales team.
• Pipeline Management: Maintaining a clean and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.
• Follow-Up: Relentlessly following up with leads who didn't initially book or show.
• Reporting: Sending in your "end of day report" with your numbers and projections.
