The Sales Administrator keeps Meanwhile’s sales engine running smoothly by processing orders, managing customer accounts, and keeping communication tight between customers, drivers, and the team. This critical role is all about staying organized—handling CRM data, invoicing, reporting, and compliance—while delivering great customer service. Working closely with the Director of Sales, they help solve problems quickly and keep everything moving efficiently day to day.

Sales Administrator
Hiring Date: Spring 2026
Our Sales Admin…
- Processes orders from bars, restaurants, convenience stores, and all other accounts via email or phone
- Onboards new customers into our CRM software, specifically Ekos
- Directs inquiries and donation request to the appropriate departments
- Submits label approvals through the TTB and TABC
- Has a strong knowledge of Meanwhile’s beer and service capabilities
- Checks data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Collects payment from customers and record transactions on invoices and company logs
- Liaises with customers, delivery drivers, and sales reps to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintains and updates sales & customer records
- Develops monthly sales reports, as well as expense reports
- Communicates important feedback from customers internally
- Has strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Requirements to Apply:
- This is a full-time position – Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent
- Hands on Experience with CRM software, MS Office, or Google Drive is a plus. You will be working with Fintech and Ekos on a daily basis.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines and to prioritize work
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Certification in marketing, sales, or relevant field is a plus
- You must be able to communicate issues/exceptions/resolution plans for missed deliveries with the sales team.
