Will you join our world-class team?   - Employment Category: Associate - Location: Remote - Travel: Some travel may be required both domestically and/or internationally - Security Clearance: N/A - Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship - Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 Job Description: - The candidate will be responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting any RF spectrum regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA)   - Provide subject matter expertise to DOC/NOAA across various RF spectrum related topics and working groups - Participate and establish technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum coordination with federal agencies and international administrations - Assist regulatory and policy team in evaluating and conducting analysis on new rulemaking procedures and submissions - Conduct Matlab analysis pertaining to ITU WRC agenda items - Establish technical parameters and standards governing the use of each frequency band or specific service, if applicable  Benefits: - Paid Time Off Starting at 80 hrs/yr, 11 Federal holidays, and 56 hrs/yr Sick Leave - 401K with up to 4% employer matching contribution - Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Short Term/Long Term Disability - Flexible spending account - Health savings account - Tuition reimbursement - Demonstrated ability to perform complex engineering analysis - Ability to use RF engineering tools (e.g., Visualyse) and MATLAB - Possess excellent written & communications skills in English - Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in satellite & cellular telecommunications’ industry.   - 1+ years of experience in RF spectrum management engineering Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field) and a minimum of 1-2 years of direct engineering experience We are equal opportunity/affirmative action employers, committed to diversity in the workplace.
