Objectives of the Role
The Reports Analyst will assist the Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst in running and owning various processes such as but not limited to Group Management Reporting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Consolidate monthly global reports within expected timeframes
- Rollover, prepare and release all global reports within expected timeframes
- Maintenance of Power BI tool used in Group reporting
- Maintenance of Power Query reports
- Assist in the consolidation of Budget/Forecast in Group and upload final numbers to Sprint
- Provide front-end finance administration back-up for Sprint
- Assist in the production and analysis of financial tools/reports and operating metrics to measure financial and non-financial performance useful in decision-making
- Administer Group Finance SharePoint
- Maintain effective relationships with cross-functional teams and business partners
- Work with internal and external auditors for any FP&A related requests
- Identify, recommend and implement process improvement and automation opportunities
- Undertake other duties as required
About You
Essential Experience and Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting
Desirable
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Reporting
- Strong attention to details
- Strong analytical and data handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
