Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum keystroke per hour (KPH) of 6000.
- Facilitate auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Interface and coordinate with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Escalate any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Carry out duties deemed necessary by Iron Mountain management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards, as well as Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards, and IM policies and procedures.
- Process client information from transmittal sheets and boxes, inputting data onto SKP or DCS, and verifying customer records using the system.
- Set up DCS screens, transmit data to customers, and research and resolve system data issues, demonstrating strong technical skills and attention to detail.
