[Remote] SIOP SAP Consultant (JOB ID 002850)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovien Solutions is seeking a SIOP SAP Consultant to support an enterprise SIOP and supply chain transformation through the deployment and optimization of Pelico. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional business and IT teams to improve planning, purchasing, and production visibility across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities • Develop and maintain SAP SIOP solutions aligned with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards • Support discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand SIOP, planning, and purchasing requirements • Analyze SAP ECC tables and data structures and support data mapping into Pelico • Partner with system integrators and internal teams to configure, test, and validate data integrations • Validate data accuracy, resolve defects, and support enhancements • Develop functional specifications and support standard ERP implementation practices • Assist with workshops and stakeholder sessions, including occasional travel • Provide ongoing functional support as Pelico is rolled out across multiple sites • Design scalable system architectures incorporating Service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, RESTful APIs, and system hardening techniques Skills • 5+ years of experience as a supply chain–focused SAP consultant work • Hands-on experience working with SAP tables, data structures, configuration, and data flow across systems • Hands-on experience supporting SIOP processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and production planning • Strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA, with emphasis on Planning and Purchasing modules • Experience owning requirements gathering and translating business needs into functional specifications • Hands-on experience analyzing and validating SAP data and tables to support accurate integration with external applications • SIOP Processes: 3 years (Required) • SAP Tables & Data Structures: 3 years (Required) • Functional knowledge in SAP ECC or SAP S/4Hana: 5 years (Required) • Requirements gathering: 5 years (Required) • SAP Purchasing & Planning Modules: 2 years (Required) • 1 full end-to-end SAP Implementation: 1 year (Required) • Willingness to travel: 25% (Required) • Hands-on experience navigating Snowflake and sourcing appropriate data for internal implementations • Pelico: 1 year (Preferred) Benefits • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Referral program • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Company Overview • Innovien Solutions is committed to identifying the insights and ideas that will shape the future of business.
