IntePros is a global biopharmaceutical client seeking a Senior / Lead IAM Governance Analyst to support its Identity and Access Management program. The role focuses on user access reviews within SailPoint and involves partnering with stakeholders to ensure access governance and compliance.
Responsibilities
• Lead and administer periodic user access reviews (certifications) within SailPoint (IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow)
• Coordinate with data owners, application teams, and business stakeholders to validate and remediate user access
• Monitor campaign progress, manage escalations, and ensure timely completion
• Ensure access review processes align with internal IAM policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST)
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external audits related to access governance
• Provide audit evidence, reporting, and documentation as required
• Develop, maintain, and enhance IAM governance procedures related to access certifications and least-privilege enforcement
• Support enterprise adherence to role-based access control (RBAC) principles
• Identify opportunities to improve and streamline IAM governance processes, particularly around access reviews and joiner/mover/leaver activities
• Partner with technical teams to support automation and efficiency improvements where applicable
• Support role definition, role mining, and access policy alignment with business processes
• Work with stakeholders to rationalize access and reduce risk
• Act as a trusted IAM partner to IT, Security, HR, and business leaders
• Translate business needs into effective governance practices and resolve complex access-related issues
• Serve as a SailPoint access review SME for troubleshooting complex certification or access issues
• Provide guidance on best practices related to access governance and compliance
• Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and training materials
• Mentor junior IAM analysts and provide guidance to stakeholders involved in access reviews
Skills
• 5+ years of Identity and Access Management experience
• Proven, hands-on experience creating and administering access review campaigns in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow
• Deep understanding of SailPoint access certifications, governance workflows, and reporting
• Familiarity with IAM integrations (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure) from a governance and oversight perspective
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess access risk and translate business requirements into governance controls
• Experience improving IAM processes in regulated environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable leading discussions, resolving conflicts, and guiding teams through access review decisions
• Strong knowledge of IAM frameworks, access governance standards, and regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts (e.g., SAML, OAuth) as they relate to governance and compliance
• Prior experience in a senior or lead IAM governance role strongly preferred
• Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
• SailPoint certifications (e.g., IdentityNow or IdentityIQ credentials)
