Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SingleFile is a company focused on generating new business through outbound sales efforts. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for making cold calls, qualifying prospects, and setting meetings for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
• Make 80+ cold calls daily to prospects SingleFile hasn't worked with before
• Research target accounts to understand their practice areas, structure, and potential pain points
• Navigate past gatekeepers with persistence and professionalism
• Qualify prospects on budget, authority, need, and timeline in quick discovery calls
• Set 30+ SQL meetings per month that convert into pipeline
• Track all activity and outcomes in HubSpot
• Use ZoomInfo and other tools to build targeted prospect lists
Skills
• 2+ years as an SDR/BDR at a B2B SaaS company in an outbound-focused role
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota through cold outreach
• Experience generating new business pipeline (not managing existing accounts)
• Strong phone skills and ability to qualify prospects quickly
• Familiarity with HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or similar tools
• Experience prospecting into legal, compliance, or financial services
• Background at an early-stage startup where you built pipeline from scratch
• Located in Mountain or Pacific time zones
