The Project Coordinator supports the project management department by handling administrative tasks related to project planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring efficient project preparation and execution.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers with comprehensive planning, budgeting, and reporting activities
- Assist in project preparation, including material follow-up in SAP, purchase order creation, and document verification
- Support the Project Director in managing project tools and internal processes
- Collaborate with the assembly team coordinator on RFQs and supplier contract compliance, including payment follow-up
- Create purchase orders for assembly contractors and specialized equipment
- Plan and control administrative tasks related to project preparation and assembly teams
- Propose improvements for project management administrative processes
- Support the use and deployment of project tools such as Smartsheet and Fieldwire
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Smartsheet
- Basic knowledge of SAP is required
- Willingness to work with specialized tools such as Fieldwire
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Fluency in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Project Planner is a plus
