The role involves bridging the gap between customers, product teams, and the market, delivering technical pitches and guiding proof-of-concepts to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities
• Deliver technical pitches and demos that turn curious prospects into enthusiastic customers.
• Guide proof-of-concepts from start to success, proving out measurable value and ROI.
• Act as the primary interface for our thousands of global users, collecting feedback and turning user insights into actionable improvements.
• Work side-by-side with new customers, ensuring smooth rollouts and immediate wins.
Skills
• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role (solutions architect/engineer, engineering consultant, data engineer) within the data infrastructure ecosystem
• Strong data engineering background, especially with Snowflake enterprise applications
• Experience working on deals during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases
• Expertise in Snowflake, including SQL query optimization. (min 2 years)
• Startup Experience: Been at a Series A or B startup before? Perfect—you know how to thrive in dynamic environments.
