Position Overview
Title: Remote Part‑Time Evening Customer Service Representative – Shareholder Communications
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. residents only – primary focus on Georgia, but open nationwide)
Schedule: Monday‑Thursday 6 pm–11 pm EST, Saturday 12 pm–6 pm EST (flexible start dates: March 14 or March 21)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for shareholders calling into arenaflex’s National Campaigns Unit, handling inbound, outbound, and email communications with professionalism and empathy.
- Guide shareholders through the voting process for Board of Director elections, ensuring they understand how to cast their votes and providing clear instructions on navigating online voting platforms.
- Accurately capture and document all interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, maintaining high data integrity for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Respond to shareholder inquiries regarding proxy materials, voting deadlines, and any other corporate governance topics, escalating complex issues to the appropriate senior specialist when necessary.
- Proactively outreach to shareholders who have not yet voted, using scripted outbound calls to encourage participation and reinforce the value of their voice.
- Collaborate with internal communication teams to stay up‑to‑date on campaign details, voting instructions, and any regulatory changes that may affect shareholder outreach.
- Participate in real‑time chat sessions during live campaigns, completing assigned tasks, sharing screen content, and unmuting promptly when called upon.

Essential Qualifications
