Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule, confirm, and reschedule medical appointments for 10-15 clients, ensuring seamless coordination with on-site staff, management, caseworkers, and guardians.
- Communication: Respond to emails and texts to schedule appointments, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that clients receive necessary care and support.
- Document Management: Obtain necessary documents from on-site staff or management to schedule appointments or maintain government benefits, and send client documents to relevant agencies.
- Benefit Management: Assist in managing client government benefits, including occasional in-person visits to government offices (limited to Salt Lake City, Utah).
- Staff Meetings: Attend a monthly, one-hour staff meeting in-person near Salt Lake City, Utah, to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience is not required, candidates with secretary-type experience, knowledge of government agencies (such as the Social Security Administration and Department of Workforce Services), or experience working in group home settings will be given preference.
