Responsibilities
- Lead restaurants from kickoff to go-live
- Translate messy real-world operations into a clean, working system
- Make FIRST feel indispensable from day one
- Become a trusted partner to restaurant owners and operators
- Identify upsell opportunities as accounts scale
- Retain and expand accounts through real relationships, not scripts
- Communicate feedback directly to the CEO and engineering team
- Help shape product decisions based on real-world usage
- Close the loop between restaurant reality and software development
Skills
- US citizen/visa only
- Any experience (new grads ok)
- Ability to relate easily to diverse individuals
- Strong follow-through and reliability
- Optimism and resilience in challenging situations
- Understanding of how software applications work
- Comfortable using modern software tools like Google Workspace and Slack
