Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure compliance with equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan operations.
- Process the issuance of Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑option awards, including matching ratio calculations and documentation.
- Review equity transaction activity—such as exercise events, releases, and cancellations—to guarantee accurate, timely booking, settlement, and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, HR partners, and external stakeholders regarding equity awards and plan enrollment.
- Support the administration of equity‑based LTI award delivery processes, collaborating closely with payroll, tax, and accounting teams.
- Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations and strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain and update equity‑plan policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect regulatory changes and internal best practices.
- Assist with miscellaneous equity‑plan administration tasks as directed by senior consultants and program managers.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred but not mandatory).
