Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Real Estate Webmasters is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their high-performing marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication flow, coordinating content creation, and overseeing event logistics while ensuring effective reporting of marketing metrics.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, proofing, and scheduling blogs, newsletters, social posts, and client emails with a flawless command of English
- Support the organization of corporate events, including supplier relationships (catering, printing), travel, and venue coordination
- Collect, analyze, and summarize departmental data into clear weekly reports
- Ensuring our content calendar is followed explicitly and interdepartmental communications are reliable and well executed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing coordination role (Tech or Real Estate industry experience is a significant plus)
- You have an elite command of English. You can write, proof, and edit client-ready content (blogs, newsletters, social posts) with zero supervision
- You are highly proficient in Google Sheets (formulas, data organization, and reporting)
- You have a demonstrated ability to manage calendars, budgets, and event logistics in a fast-paced environment
