Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency
- Post internal trade positions for addressed partners to offer, according to legally binding arrangements
- Prepare for conceding process upon bid end
- Create, send, and record advancement bid award letters and documents
- Maintain and track various records
- Stay up-to-date with, demand, recognize, and review stamps for Tech Activities staff
- Act as a support when and where required
- Maintain office supply stock and initiate department supply orders when necessary
- Work primarily Monday through Friday, and finish weekends and holidays as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Preferred: Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of legally binding agreements and onboarding consistency process
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
