About the Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Virtual Customer Representative. In this role, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers across the USA. You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering world-class customer experiences through phone interactions, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer complaints
- Utilizing your technical expertise to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring our customers feel empowered and supported
- Working independently in a remote setting, while maintaining a high level of organization, motivation, and productivity
- Collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals, celebrate successes, and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 6 months of customer service experience (remote experience preferred)
- Basic computer skills, including typing, software applications, and internet navigation
- A reliable internet connection, with upload speeds of 20 MBPS and download speeds of 100 MBPS
- A distraction-free workspace, with minimal background noise and interruptions
- Residency within 50 miles of our Louisville center, to ensure access to team interaction and on-site support
