Job Overview:
The Part-Time Customer Care Associate will be responsible for:
- Processing incoming orders and resolving customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Utilizing multiple customer support tools to ensure successful resolution of customer issues
- Maintaining world-class standards by performing against department scorecards and metrics
- Building and managing relationships with customers and contacts to drive sales and customer retention
- Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 11:30 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST
Location: 100% Remote, with the requirement to reside in one of the following states: Illinois, Maryland, New York, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Minnesota, Nevada, South Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Wisconsin, or Missouri. Occasional commute to an office may be required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient order entry in SAP
- Resolve customer inquiries using multiple support tools and resources
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities to drive sales and customer retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and drive business results
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs
- No previous experience required, but customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent training and experience
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in the consumer products or distribution industry
Physical Requirements:
The employee will be required to remain in a stationary position at times, communicate, and operate a computer and telephone.
