They are seeking a Business Development Representative (Outbound) to make high-volume outbound calls to qualified MedTech and clinic leads, qualify decision-makers, and book demos for Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to qualified MedTech & clinic leads
- Run a battle-tested cold-call script (we’ve done the work)
- Qualify decision-makers and book demos for Account Executives
- Work inside a fully built CRM + sales pipeline
- Learn how to sell AI solutions into healthcare
- Provide feedback that helps refine messaging and ICPs
Skills
- Enjoy cold calling and aren't afraid of high-volume outreach
- Competitive, coachable, and commission-driven
- Desire for a clear path to $200K+
- Ability to move fast and take ownership
- Interest in being early at a company building a category-defining platform
- BDR / SDR experience in SaaS or MedTech
