Responsibilities
• Successfully implement business analysis and project management tasks.
• Document and prioritize requirements based on business needs and developer workload.
• Groom the backlog to prioritize tickets.
• Create and update kanban boards with ADO, Jira, or MS Planner.
• Assist in implementing scrum and agile methodologies to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and meet project goals.
Skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
• In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
• Experience Generating User And Functional Requirements Is Required.
• Experience prioritizing the backlog is required.
• Experience Creating Timelines Is Required.
• Good knowledge of laboratory processes.
• Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization and time management skills.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Practical knowledge of ADO, Jira, or MS Planner.
• Proficient knowledge of scrum and agile methodologies.
• Outstanding documentation and prioritization skills.
• Ability to compete effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, which includes a drug screening.
• Agile project management is preferred.
