The Project Management Digital Tools Specialist will drive continuous process improvement and foster a culture of efficiency within the Project Management department by designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance project predictability and streamline workflows.
Responsibilities
- Process Identification & Analysis: Collaborate closely with project managers across various teams to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
- Market Research & Tool Evaluation: Continuously research, evaluate, and pilot new project management software, collaboration tools, automation platforms, and methodologies to identify best-fit solutions for the department's needs
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement innovative process improvements and tool integrations that enhance project planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Performance Measurement: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project efficiency, on-time delivery, resource utilization, and budget adherence, using data-driven insights to inform further improvements
- Adoption & Training: Facilitate workshops, create documentation, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure the successful adoption and effective utilization of new processes and tools by the project management team
- Continuous Learning & Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project management community, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare and present comprehensive reports on process improvement initiatives, their impact, and future recommendations to project management leadership and other key stakeholders
- Proactive Problem Solving:The continuous analysis of processes and tools allows for the identification and resolution of systemic issues before they escalate, preventing common project pitfalls
- Streamlined Workflows:The individual will identify bottlenecks, redundant steps, and manual tasks, then design and implement more efficient processes, leading to faster project execution

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or Information Technology
- 1 plus years of experience in project management or project administration including application and concepts of Electrical Products
- Extensive familiarity with various software and a strong aptitude for quickly learning and mastering new technologies. (Smartsheet, DocuSign, Knime, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience with process mapping, workflow automation, change management principles, and user adoption strategies
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to define meaningful KPIs, collect and interpret data, and derive actionable insights
- Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage, influence, and build rapport with project managers and stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, self-motivated, and a continuous learner with a passion for optimizing workflows and driving organizational change
- Demonstrated ability to identify systemic inefficiencies, analyze complex problems, an develop practical, scalable, and sustainable solutions
