The role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with various internal teams and maintaining effective communication with all relevant parties.
Responsibilities
- Review and process agent change requests, ensuring all required documentation is received
- Obtain missing information as needed, update systems of record, and notify all impacted parties of approved changes
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to agent changes
- Participate in special projects and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in analyzing and processing agent change requests
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams including Service, Onboarding, Sales Consultants, Licensing, and Commissions
- Effective communication skills to notify impacted parties of approved changes
- Ability to follow up on incomplete requests
- Experience in maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to address inquiries and resolve issues related to agent changes
- Participation in special projects and contribution to ongoing process improvement initiatives
