Proactively recruit top-producing agents by showcasing our technology, marketing, and growth opportunities.
Build strong relationships with agents, guiding them through brokerage transitions with high emotional intelligence.
Collaborate across departments to optimize agent experience and business scalability.
Identify and attract top talent while fostering a culture of growth and success.
5+ years of relevant experience in real estate, sales, or brokerage operations.
Proven ability to recruit, influence, and lead high-performing agents.
Strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
