Job Description (Please Have Some Real Estate Wholesaling Experience ). 11AM to 5PM We are building a New real estate wholesale platform and are looking for an Operations Manager to organize our backend systems and manage day-to-day operational workflows. The ideal candidate understands real estate wholesaling operations and can help structure the systems that power lead generation, acquisitions, dispositions, and deal management. This role focuses on building and maintaining operational infrastructure, monitoring team performance, and ensuring all processes run smoothly. Responsibilities • Design and manage CRM pipelines for seller leads and investor buyers • Build dashboards to track KPIs and team performance • Organize lead management systems and deal pipelines • Monitor and optimize marketing outreach campaigns • Manage internal team communication and reporting structure • Oversee acquisition and disposition virtual assistants • Track deal flow from lead to contract to closing • Create and improve operational workflows and processes • Identify inefficiencies and implement better automation systems Ideal Candidate Experience The ideal candidate should have experience with: • CRM architecture and pipeline design • Business automation and workflow systems • Project management and operational coordination • Real estate wholesale or investment operations • KPI tracking and reporting dashboards • Managing remote teams and virtual assistants • Lead generation and deal pipeline management What We Are Looking For We are specifically looking for someone who can: • Build operational systems from the ground up • Create clear reporting and accountability structures • Think like an operations manager, not just a virtual assistant • Help scale a real estate business through strong processes Experience working with real estate investors, wholesalers, or deal platforms is highly preferred.
