Duties

• Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote investment offerings and attract new capital sources
• Utilize CRM software and Salesforce to track leads, manage contacts, and streamline communication processes
• Coordinate due diligence, financial modeling, and project management activities for prospective investments
Requirements
• Proven experience in real estate investment, business development, or related fields with a focus on equity-based deals
• Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce for managing client relationships and sales pipelines
• Excellent strategic planning skills combined with a proactive sales approach
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals effectively and confidently
