Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced QA E2E Automation Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance strategy and automation execution for enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills along with deep hands-on expertise in modern test automation frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress. This role requires ownership of QA processes, automation architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
• 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong expertise in End-to-End Test Automation.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Selenium
• Playwright
• Cypress
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Solid understanding of API testing and test automation strategies.
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
