About the position
The Enterprise Project & Program Management Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple low complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project/program manager. The projects or programs the employee manages have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.
Responsibilities
• Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates
• Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation
• Provides direction and oversight throughout project lifecycle to meet business requirements
• Drives achievement of project or program success factors
• Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements
• Acts as an internal advocate for the project
• Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) projects or program risks/issues
• Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives
• Plan and implement most aspects of projects or programs
Requirements
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
