They are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Retail Sales segment by coordinating customer orders from contract through delivery and installation, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate order entry, purchasing, scheduling, releasing, delivery, and installation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers
- Track key dates and manage order details from start to finish
- Schedule value‑add services, pre‑finish work, deliveries, and installations
- Manage shortages, damaged product recovery, service appointments, and parts ordering
- Collect customer payments and process factory credits as needed
- Support inventory activities and continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate installation permits and Lead Safe Install documentation
- Schedule installation and recovery appointments
- Approve and process payments for subcontracted installers
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Technical Degree preferred
- Strong customer service, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn internal systems
- 0–2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred
