Program Operations & Performance Systems Consultant (Nonprofit | Remote)
Hours: 15–20 hrs/week
Term: 90 days (30-day review)
Reports to: Executive Director & Director of Operations
Location: Remote (U.S. preferred)
Making A Change Group (MACG) is a community-based nonprofit supporting youth, young adults, and families through mentoring, violence prevention, workforce readiness, and family engagement programs. We are seeking a consultant-level operator to help stabilize operations and build repeatable systems across multiple programs.

What You’ll Do
• Stabilize and clarify program operations across initiatives
• Build and document SOPs, workflows, schedules, and checklists
• Improve accountability, communication, and follow-through
• Strengthen reporting, data capture, and staff consistency
• Reduce day-to-day operational burden on leadership
• Act as an operational thought partner to senior leadership

• A clear operational map of how work flows across programs and staff
• Priority SOPs drafted and actively in use
• Improved clarity around schedules, expectations, and reporting
• Noticeable reduction in leadership bottlenecks

Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years in nonprofit ops, program management, or systems work
• Proven experience building SOPs and operational systems
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Independent, proactive, and systems-oriented
