Coffee ’n Clothes is looking for a
Production Event Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team supporting our experiential projects – from ideation through execution. We specialize in retail and mobile activations, influencer seeding and virtual experiences.
This role must be based in NY or the surrounding area. There will be required on-site duties in New York regularly that they will need to be present for. A valid drivers license is required for this role.
Responsibilities:- Assist and help organize across all aspects of events from conception to execution.
- Work with the production team to develop project plans with timelines, budgets, creative decks, contact sheets, and shipping material
- Manage production schedule(s), order event and F&B supplies, track orders and confirm with warehouses and storage as items are delivered
- Research vendors, venues, mobile activation locations, and plan schedules/routes
Qualifications:- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi faceted startup environment to oversee multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organized
- Eager to learn on the fly
- Quick, creative thinker and idea contributor
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in Keynote, G-Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms)
