We’re a venture studio backed by Tar Heel Capital Pathfinder. We rapidly prototype new digital businesses at the intersection of technology and market opportunity. Our MVP team builds, breaks, and iterates on bold ideas in fast cycles to find product-market fit. As a Product Owner you'll validate early-stage ideas, lead discovery efforts, and own product development from sketch to MVP and beyond. You’ll shape direction, prioritize features, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that what we build actually solves real user problems.

• Lead discovery of new product ideas - define user needs, business goals, and technical constraints,

• Led user interviews, customer safaris, and market research to shape product strategy and identify key user pain points,

• Translate insights into detailed product requirements—from high-level vision to edge cases,

• Partner with design, engineering, and stakeholders to build and launch MVPs quickly and iteratively,

• Own and evolve the product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data, impact, and feasibility,

• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product success metrics,

• Facilitate sprints, workshops, and cross-functional alignment to keep the team focused and fast,

• Support go-to-market strategies, including positioning, pricing, and feedback loops post-launch.

• Proven experience launching 0→1 digital products—ideally in venture studios, startups, or innovation labs,

• Fluency in modern product development: Discovery, Lean Startup, Continuous Delivery, Agile,

• Track record of converting ambiguity into tangible, testable hypotheses,

• Experience writing user stories, specs, and collaborating closely with design & dev,

• Familiarity with: Miro, Clickup, Figma and product analytics tools,

• Comfort in high-autonomy, low-structure environments,

• Strong communication in both English and Polish.

• Background in UX research or behavioral science,

• Experience in no-code/low-code prototyping,

• Business modeling or financial forecasting exposure.
