We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle in the Hospital Domain. You’ll establish lightweight and effective product practices while working closely with our customers and teams to deliver a world-class product.

Own the problem space – drive discovery and conduct explorative research to deeply understand customer needs
Define success metrics and measure impact – establish KPIs for product quality, user adoption, engagement, and retention
Translate insights into actionable strategies – analyze customer behavior, feedback, and market trends to shape product direction
Collaborate with leadership on prioritizing features and roadmap planning
Significant experience launching digital products to user bases larger than 5,000 (ideally in SaaS, Mobile or healthcare tech)
Excellent product intuition – able to go beyond user requests to drive innovative solutions
Deep knowledge in user research and problem validation, ensuring we solve the right problems
Analytical mindset, comfortable with product analytics, metrics, and user engagement data
Experience creating intuitive, user-friendly features in collaboration with engineering to ensure a seamless and simplified UX
Comfortable with tools like Figma to create low-fi prototypes and communicate ideas effectively
Business fluent German (C1) and good command of English
Willingness to travel 1 day a week to visit customers for user-feedback
