Position: Growth Product Manager (Fintech) – Remote (San Francisco / San Jose)
A fast-growing consumer fintech company is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the onboarding and activation funnel end-to-end and build product-led growth programs that directly accelerate user acquisition, activation, and retention. This is a high-impact role where your work will influence the entire growth trajectory of the product.

• Lead and optimize the full onboarding & activation funnel (install → registration → activation → retention).
• Run A/B tests, funnel diagnostics, and data-driven experiments to uncover friction and improve conversion.
• Design growth initiatives (referrals, incentives, gamification, habit loops) to drive adoption and long-term retention.
• Build dashboards and track key funnel metrics including CAC, activation, retention, and LTV.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering & Design to ship features that meaningfully improve user experience.
• Work with Marketing & BD to align product improvements with acquisition and partnership initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–6+ years in growth-focused Product Management roles (consumer apps, fintech, payments, wallets, or rewards strongly preferred).
• Mandarin fluency is a must-have (cross-functional collaboration requires it).
• Hands-on experience owning activation, onboarding, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience running A/B tests and structured experiments.
• Strong product sense — able to critique flows, identify friction, and propose impactful product improvements.
• Experience partnering with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, user-centric features.
