About the role - We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Collaboration Expert to lead our efforts in SharePoint Online development, migration, Power Apps, Power Automate Flow, PowerShell PnP, and Microsoft Purview security configuration. - The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of Microsoft 365 compliance and security solutions to ensure our collaboration tools meet the highest standards of data protection and governance. What you'll do - Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and custom solutions. - Lead migration projects from on-premises SharePoint or other platforms to SharePoint Online. - Create and implement workflows and forms using Power Apps and Power Automate Flow. - Manage SharePoint Online services using PowerShell PnP with a focus on security and compliance. - Configure and maintain Microsoft Purview to ensure data protection, risk management, and compliance across Microsoft 365 services. - Collaborate with IT and security teams to implement best practices for data governance and information protection. - Provide training and support to end-users on SharePoint functionality, custom applications, and security best practices. - Stay current with the latest Microsoft 365 developments and best practices. - The perfect hire would have experience and exposure to the following technologies: - Applications: - - Purview, SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2007 - 2013, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Workflow, ShareGate, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Power BI Desktop,  Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server, Subversion (SVN) & Git, Windows Server, IIS, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps, Hyper-V - Microsoft355: - - SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Forms, Planner, Power Automate (Flow), Power BI, Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps), Stream, Microsoft Office Online, Skype for Business, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online - Languages: - - PowerShell, Client Object Model (CSOM), PnP, Power Query (DAX), JSON,  - JavaScript, jQuery, C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft SQL, AJAX, ASP.NET Web Forms, Classic ASP, LINQ, Entity Framework, ODBC, ADO.NET, SSRS,  - HTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, SASS,  - GraphQL, REST API - Databases:   - - Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft SQL, MySQL, Microsoft Access Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SharePoint development, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance.  - Proven experience with Microsoft Purview, including Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and Compliance Management. - Proven experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate Flow, and PowerShell PnP. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and best practices. - Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
