Join us!  Position Summary Industry:  Utility-Scale Renewable Energy   Location: U.S.  Job Type: Remote l Full-Time | Permanent  Role Reports To: VP of Structured Finance  Position Overview As a Portfolio Management Manager, you will oversee the financial, commercial, and contractual performance of Zelestra’s U.S. renewable energy portfolio across solar, wind, and battery storage assets throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, manage relationships, and maintain accurate financial models and reporting to support informed decision-making. Position Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. - 5-7+ years of experience in renewable energy, project finance, structured finance, asset management, or a related role. - Strong understanding of investment and project finance concepts, including IRR, NPV, and cash flow modeling. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Position Responsibilities Support oversight of project financing structures, including tax equity, construction and term debt, and related compliance requirements. - Maintain portfolio dashboards, trackers, and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting. - Monitor key operational and financial performance indicators across the portfolio, identifying risks and opportunities. - Track material commercial and contractual developments, including PPAs, EPC and O&M agreements, warranties, and grid or regulatory matters. - Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models for budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and periodic reporting. - Coordinate communications and reporting with lenders, tax equity investors, and other capital providers, including approvals and deliverable tracking - Partner with Legal and Structured Finance to interpret agreements and support amendments, waivers, and restructurings. - Coordinate with internal teams to manage loan draw processes and interest rate hedging program.   Provide transaction support to the Structured Finance deal team for new debt and tax equity financings, refinancings, and portfolio transactions. - Coordinate with internal teams to complete due diligence - Manage third-party consultants and deliverables - Support the creation and updates of debt and tax equity financial models   Perform ad hoc financial and strategic analysis as required. Compensation & Benefits The salary for this position will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications based on a remote-working environment, and takes into consideration, among other things, the geographic area in which the candidate resides.
