Description
We are a fast-growing DTC consumer hardware brand in the hydration and home lifestyle space (SYPS).
We’re looking for a Pinterest content specialist to help us build and grow our Pinterest presence by creating and publishing high-quality, conversion-focused pins.
This is not a VA role.
We are looking for someone who understands how Pinterest actually drives traffic and sales for ecommerce brands.
Our products are visual and lifestyle-driven (bedside setups, desk setups, dorm rooms, small spaces, wellness routines, etc.).
Responsibilities
You will:
Create Pinterest-optimized pin designs (static + idea pins if appropriate)
Repurpose our existing product photos and lifestyle images into pins
Write keyword-optimized pin titles and descriptions
Publish and schedule pins consistently
Organize boards and basic keyword structure
Collaborate with us on creative themes (bedside, dorm, desk, wellness, apartment living, etc.)
Optional (bonus, not required):
Light performance reporting (impressions, saves, outbound clicks)
What we will provide
Product photos and lifestyle images
Brand guidelines
Website links and product pages
Clear creative direction and examples
What we are NOT looking for
Generic social media managers
VA-only profiles
People who only repost content without understanding Pinterest SEO
Ideal background
You have experience:
Creating content specifically for Pinterest (not just Instagram)
Working with ecommerce or product brands
Understanding how Pinterest boards, keywords, and pin formats impact reach
Deliverables (initial test phase)
For the first 30 days:
60–90 Pinterest pins created and published
5–8 boards properly set up or optimized
Basic keyword-focused descriptions on all pins
If results and workflow are strong, this becomes an ongoing monthly engagement.
Success metrics
We will evaluate performance based on:
Impressions growth
Saves
Outbound clicks to our site
This role is focused on growth, not just posting.
Budget
We are looking for a fixed monthly budget in the range of:
$100 – $500 per month to start
(depending on experience and production volume)
How to apply
Please include:
A short explanation of how you approach Pinterest for ecommerce brands
1–2 examples of Pinterest accounts or pin designs you have worked on
Your proposed monthly pin volume
Screening question (please answer in your proposal)
How would you structure Pinterest content for a product that fits into:
bedside setups
desk setups
dorm rooms
wellness routines
(Short answer is fine.)
